Ventilation
Our boxes are supplied as standard with a ventilation system in the roof. Permanently a pleasant working climate. The quality of the air in our boxes is basically determined by two factors: the concentration of CO2 and the temperature. We developed our Hulk in Collab with Duco Ventilation. A system that we have extensively tested under a variety of practice circumstances. When using our bocen, there is now a concentration of up to 1000 ppm and a temperature rise of no more than 1.5 degrees, compared to the surrounding office. And all that based on Plug & Play, so self -sufficient.
Plug & Play
You can easily build the BOW boxes from loose building blocks. Always packed in separate boxes that you can easily move by definition, also in the elevator. We provide every box "ex factory" with ventilation, light and electricity. This entire installation is linked to one sensor with one plug. The moment you connect to the socket, the Bow Box 100% became self-sufficient, without linking to the climate installation already present in the building. Plug & Play!
Flexible
Our boxes are made up of loose building blocks that can be configured and supplemented in several ways. Permanently a flexible solution. With our boxes we enable you to realize every conceivable layout of your Office Fit-Out. This perfect fit may no longer be completely in line with you, than further developed, organization. Effortlessly our boxes are adjusted again. Reconfiguration is simple and you can order building blocks permanently if necessary. So in one word "adjustable".
Acoustics
Bow boxes have a solid metal frame and are upheld by us on the inside. With a noise reduction of 33DB you always have enough privacy in the Bow Box. Ambient noise around the box is considerably filled in and conversations in the box cannot be followed verbally. All this without causing a damping feeling with prolonged use. Everything for a pleasant working climate and pleasant acoustics.

Pay afterwards or on account?
During the checkout you can enter the company name and data. Then the Invoice option automatically appears when paying. For every new customer, we always first do a credit check to see if the customer is eligible for this. With a negative approval we contact us to advise an alternative payment method. This invoicing usually takes place for a week before we deliver.
Pay as a private individual later?Working works together with "Klarna", making it possible to pay as a business or private customer if your order is already well received. A payment term of 30 days after invoicing applies for this.
Shipping & return
Does work also deliver abroad? Yes. You can also receive our products in Belgium, Germany & France. Without shipping costs from € 30 of course.
Delivered quicklyFor some products, "ordered before 12:00, the next day at home". This only applies to the Netherlands. For other countries, the delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Not satisfied with your article? You can return your item up to 14 days after receipt.
With work we care about sustainability. Returning has an impact on the environment, so we apply the following conditions: - Our full range can be returned, we only ask you to pay the shipping costs yourself. Articles from the refurbished, living living and workliving range can be returned for free because they are delivered mounted and must be picked up with collection appointment.
Why do we make a difference in this? Millions of articles are destroyed worldwide because they are returned with poor quality or the item simply cannot be sold again. Sin and harmful to the environment! Our articles from refurbished and our range, on the other hand, are taken back by our us, checked, where necessary refurbished and are offered again as "second chances". As a result, raw materials and therefore articles are not unnecessarily lost.
